Hi,
I'm Malin, a Counsellor originally from Sweden who now call Copenhagen home. Over the past two decades I've lived in England, Hong Kong and Norway.
I've got clinical experience from assisting clients in private practise for over eight years. Before that I worked in HR with international companies. These experiences showed me how common hidden struggles really are.
Experiencing peri-menopause and stress firsthand inspired me to support others facing the same challenges. I’ve completed specialist training in menopause informed mental health to support clients.
This stage of life can be transformative with new growth and possibilities. Together, we'll aim to work through difficulties, regain balance and help you feel more in control.
My Approach
I work from a holistic perspective and take your physical, mind, relations and cultural aspects into account. Hormonal shifts during midlife can affect mood, energy, brain function, body, identity and at times lead to stress or self-doubt.
Together, we’ll explore what’s impacting you and introduce useful tools to ease anxiety, low mood and focus on what truly matters to you.
I draw on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), practical ways to support change in the present, while gently learning from the past. Check if my approach is the right fit for you.
